When a Moneyline is used in a parlay, such as for Baseball, there is no set payoff. Instead, payoffs are determined by a simple formula that changes the Moneyline into a decimal number and combines it with the other lines in the parlay.
The first step is to change the Moneyline into a decimal.
1. If the Moneyline is a dog (+) add 100 to the Moneyline and divide by 100.
2. If the Moneyline is a favorite (-). Divide the moneyline into 100.
3. Multiply the amount of the wager by the numbers generated by the above formulas.
4. Subtract the amount of the wager to arrive at the parlay payoff
Example: $50 parlay Yankees -135 Cardinals +220
(+) 220 + 100 = 320 divided by 100 = 3.2
100 divided by (-) 135 = 0.74
$50 x 3.2 x 0.74 = $278
$278 - $50 = $228 payoff
5. Use the same formula for any number of teams up to 10.

If betting on an underdog, take the price and add 100 to the line.
Two team parlay example:
Mets -130 to Cubs +115
100 (Amount Bet) x 1.769 (Mets, look up -130 below and find 1.769) x 2.15 (Cubs) = 380.35
380.35 -100 (Amount bet) = 280.35
Note that most places will round down to 280, possibly less if they were only using 2 places after the decimal. For example, using 1.76 instead of 1.769 for the Mets gives a final result of 278.40, which would be rounded to 278.
Conversion chart for favorites
The actual formula to figure out the conversion is (100 / line) + 1.00, but I find that most people prefer to just refer to a chart.
But, so that you know, this formula is what is used to get the decimal odds on a favorite.
